ABOUT GREEN TECHNOLOGY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PVT LTD
Green Technology Property Development was created to meet the market demand for lower cost housing without compromise on the quality and finish of the housing units. We are able to develop and build housing units at a much lower cost and faster turnaround time for completion of the projects. This in turn translates to savings for the end consumer, without having to bear the cost of high interest on their loan rates. We use a technology that implements the use of “green” material and methods to maintain sustainability within the environment. Consumers will also notice an immediate savings on their utility bills as a result of this technology. It is also our aim to reduce the dependence on fossilized fuels for utilities thus reducing the usage on the national power grid.
We believe that every family should be able to afford a decent home, our units are built in such a way as to compensate for future growth of living space within the units. Existing KOTO housing is easy to expand along the four compass points as well as upwards, providing more space for a growing family and as their finances would allow them. Our motto of "One Family, One Home" meets just this projection of affordable homes for the people of Thailand.
We also have programs to revive existing abandoned projects that do not have sufficient funds for conventional building methods. This will help to reduce the number of projects within the cityscape and provide an option for owners to re-coop their losses.
