We recognized the difficulties builders experienced throughout Asia with frequent long interruptions delaying the completion of popular Link Housing. Therefore, using the Koto technology solution that would expedite this construction process and improve on the quality of the building by integrating the Koto light weight energy efficient building products and their developed Kinetic Lifting Methodology, 16 Link homes (3 + 1 levels) can now be raised approximately every 4 hours without the need for scaffolding. The combined Koto light weight materials, the Koto Kinetic Lifting equipment, and a new simplified Methodology provide the fastest available construction practice for Link housing.
