Changing the way we develop, going green, maintain sustainability and affordable living space - one family, one
home

Many a times when we pass a new development, we notice firstly the length it takes to complete
a project. Secondly, the heavy traffic of construction vehicles that supply the development
with tons of concrete, steel beams, construction support structures etc. then the escalating costs of the units purchased and the painful repayment of high interest rates we take on the loans to purchase. What if we could change all this? What if there was a better way of doing things that would reduce the materials and time plus expenses of completing these projects? What if we can reduce the number of abandoned projects rising from the escalating cost of raw materials? What if we could reduce the impact of wastage and have an ecologically friendly solution to the development industry? These are serious questions we should ask ourselves on the impact of providing housing and development in a country, without compromising on higher power consumption, water usage, rising interest rates, post development debris, control by cartels for steel and concrete? What can we do to maintain sustainability within a development project in terms of reducing utility bills, consumer interest rates or even the general affordability of housing for a low paid citizen without burning a hole in his pocket? Wouldn't we like to raise the standard of our living in a home that can grow exponential with the size of the family over the years? We now have the solution to these questions with the latest technology in building materials
