The Difference Between Mobile and Manufactured Units

Mobile Units - These are not Steel Containers
Our Mobile units are standard or customized units not exceeding a certain dimension to enable the units to be lifted on board trailers for delivery to site location. They have basic interiors and exteriors that allow for a variety of customization either by us or the client. They are versatile in form and functionality with the unique feature of stack-ability and repositioning of the units even after delivery. They are easy to decorate for the interiors or exteriors with a large variety of materials. The units are environmentally friendly, insulated, stable and fire resistant. They can be used for homes, offices, resort projects, retail and cafe businesses and their use is only limited to what you can imagine.

Manufactured units are built the conventional way or by using pre-fabricated panels. The structure is permanent and requires a longer time to construct as well as higher labor cost depending on the complexity of the building. These are the types of building we most commonly see or purchase.
